System upgrades, node management, and workload management
Performance tuning and resource optimization
Backup & recovery
Unix/Linux administration
Scripting: BASH, Perl, Python
ETL processes
Firewall and security knowledge
Cloud fundamentals (preferably Microsoft Azure)
Compliance standards (NIST 800-53, IRS Pub 1075, SSA, Medicaid)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
